Flow into fall with this 10-minute Slow Flow Yoga practice for balance, grounding and connection. π We flow through grounding stretches and mindful balances β a feel-good way to align with the energy of the season.This is a minimal cues-inspired Yoga class: Iβll guide you through the sequence and postures, but without detailed alignment instructions.
